These are the agreements and policies that govern ZeniaHR, published by ZeniaPex Private Limited. Every document carries a version number and an effective date, every version stays online at its own address, and customers accept these documents at sign-up with an OTP-verified signature that is linked to the exact versions they accepted.

How we version these documents
- v1.0 is the first release. v1.x versions are clarifications that change no rights, fees or obligations and take effect on publication. A new whole number (v2.0) is a material change: it is published at least 30 days before it takes effect for existing customers, who are asked to re-accept it.
- Each document page prints its SHA-256 hash; the same hash is stored with every customer acceptance, so the accepted text can always be verified.
- Archived versions are never edited. The current version of a document is always at its main address; earlier versions are at /legal/<document>/v<number>/.
