Your whole headcount sits at one rate, decided by your team size. At 101 users everyone is ₹20, so you pay 101 × ₹20 = ₹2,020 a month, not 100 at ₹25 plus 1 at ₹20. There are no stacked slabs.

No. It runs indefinitely for up to 100 users and 2 admins. You only move to a paid plan when you outgrow it or need geotagged attendance, the full report set, more admins, or phone support.
The rate is quoted per user per month. On quarterly billing you are invoiced every three months for three months at that rate. On yearly billing you are invoiced once for twelve months, at a per-user rate that is 20% lower.
Your whole team moves to the new band's rate. Growing never increases your per-user price, it lowers it.
