FAQ

Resume builder questions

What is the correct bio-data format for a job?

A worker bio-data should list, in order: full name, the role or trade applied for, contact number and city, a short objective, personal details such as date of birth, gender, languages and height, key skills, work experience, and education or ITI. This tool fills exactly that biodata format for you and downloads it as a clean A4 PDF.

Is this resume builder really free?

Yes. It is completely free, needs no login and no signup. ZeniaHR offers it as a free tool for the manpower and staffing industry.

Can I generate many resumes at once?

Yes. Use Bulk mode to paste a CSV or fill a table with many workers, then generate every resume in one click and save them all as a single PDF, one worker per page.

Does it use AI?

No. It uses fixed, professional templates and fills them with the details you enter. There is no AI and no external API, so it is fast, private and works even offline once the page has loaded.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Everything runs inside your browser. No worker data is uploaded to any server, and nothing is stored after you close the page.

How do I save it as a PDF?

Click Download PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens; choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. In bulk mode every worker prints on their own A4 page.
