- Run pulse surveys and event feedback forms, and summarize the results for the engagement manager.
- Work with location coordinators so branches and plants get the same activities as head office.
- Track participation, spend and feedback for every activity in the engagement tracker.
- Arrange wellness sessions such as health camps, yoga or eye check-ups with approved vendors.
- Prepare welcome kits and first-day introductions for new joiners.
