  • Supervise HR executives and assistants, check their joining files, letters and records, and guide them on policy questions.
  • Coordinate interviews and joining for staff-level roles, and run induction for new joiners in their first week.
  • Review daily attendance exceptions, missed punches and leave balances, and close the month's attendance for payroll on schedule.
  • Prepare payroll inputs for joiners, exits, overtime, incentives and deductions, and reconcile them with the payroll register.
  • Answer employee queries on leave, salary, PF, ESI and policy, and escalate complex cases with the facts already collected.
  • Track probation end dates, collect manager feedback and prepare confirmation or extension letters before each due date.
  • Maintain personnel files, registers and HR MIS for the location so they are ready for audits and inspections.
  • Complete exit formalities, including clearance, exit interviews, relieving and experience letters, and handover to payroll for settlement.
  • Organize festival celebrations, engagement events and POSH or safety awareness sessions at the location.
