- Write functional specifications for procurement reports, output forms and interfaces, and test the delivered build.
- Coordinate with the FICO consultant so every goods movement posts to the correct general ledger account.
- Handle GST configuration on purchases and reverse charge scenarios, and test them before statutory changes go live.
- Run periodic stock reconciliations with the stores team and correct valuation or quantity mismatches.
- Document configuration and prepare user training material for procurement and stores staff.

- Graduate in engineering, commerce or supply chain (B.E., B.Com or BBA)
- SAP MM certification
