How it works
- Publish a requisition. Its public job page goes live at a link HR can copy from the requisition.
- Share the link wherever candidates look: the company website, job portals, social media or WhatsApp groups.
- The candidate opens the page, reads the role and presses Apply.
- Step 1 asks for full name, email, mobile number, city and state; step 2 for highest qualification, college and passing year.
- Step 3 covers fresher or experienced, years of experience, current company, designation and key skills; step 4 is the resume upload.
- The application appears in the pipeline under New, scored against the requisition it was made for.
What you can set
- Copy Public Job Link and Open Public Job Link on every published requisition.
- Four-step application, with required fields checked before each next step.
- Experience type: fresher or experienced.
- Resume upload, read by the match score from PDF and Word files.
- A confirmation screen once the application is received.
- The company name shown at the top of every job page.
Why a short application form gets more applicants
Many applicants for nursing, sales, operations and entry-level office roles apply from a phone, often after work. A long form with twenty fields loses them halfway. Four short steps, each checked before the next, keep the form quick while still capturing what screening needs: contact details, qualification, experience and skills in fields HR can filter. The resume adds the detail, and the match score reads it so HR does not have to open every file.
Worked example: ICU nurses for a Kochi hospital
A Kochi hospital publishes a requisition for staff nurses in the ICU and copies the public job link into the WhatsApp groups of three nursing colleges. Anjali, finishing a night shift at another hospital, opens the link on her phone, fills her details, her BSc Nursing and 3 years of ICU experience, and uploads her resume in under five minutes.
The next morning HR opens the pipeline, filters for the ICU requisition and finds Anjali under New with her match score and breakdown. Within a week the requisition has 46 applications, all in one place instead of spread across phones and email inboxes.
Getting more from the link
Use the job title candidates search for, such as Staff Nurse ICU rather than an internal grade code. Share the same link on every channel so all applications land in one pipeline. Put the link on your website's careers section and in job posts on portals. When the role is filled, take the link down from every channel where you shared it, so late applicants are not left waiting for a reply.

Can candidates apply from a mobile phone?
Yes. The public job page and the four-step application form work on a phone browser, including the resume upload, so candidates do not need an app or an account. Each step checks its required fields before moving on, which keeps incomplete applications out of the pipeline.
What happens after a candidate applies?
The candidate sees a confirmation screen, and the application appears in the pipeline under New for that requisition. ZeniaHR reads the resume and scores it against the requisition, so HR can sort and filter new applicants by match score before screening them.
Can I share one careers link for all open jobs?
Each published requisition has its own public job link, which keeps every application tied to the right role and scored against the right skills. Share the link for each role you are hiring for, or list them together on your own website's careers section.
