How it works
- Open Recruitment Hub and go to the Analytics tab.
- Read the hiring funnel: Applied, Interviewed, Offered, Hired and Rejected.
- Check open requisitions, pending offers and the average match score of applicants.
- Use the bars for applications, requisitions, offers and interviews by status to find where candidates are stuck.
- Open the HR dashboard for open requisitions and positions, the pipeline, interviews in the next 7 days and upcoming joiners.
What you can set
- Funnel: applied, interviewed, offered, hired and rejected.
- Hired counts candidates who joined, not those who were only selected.
- Open requisitions and pending offers.
- Average match score across applications.
- Status breakdowns for applications, requisitions, offers and interviews.
Reading the funnel
Each step of the funnel has its own ratio and its own fix. If few applicants reach interview, the requisition or the channels are bringing the wrong people, and the average match score usually confirms it. If interviews rarely end in offers, the screening is too loose or the interviewers disagree on the bar. If offers do not turn into joiners, look at salary, joining dates and notice periods. The HR metrics pages explain how to calculate and compare these ratios.
Worked example: a quarter of hiring in Bengaluru
A Bengaluru logistics company reviews July to September 2026. The funnel shows 240 applied, 60 interviewed, 12 offered, 8 hired and 150 rejected. That is 25 percent of applicants reaching interview, 20 percent of interviews ending in an offer, and 8 of 12 offers, about 67 percent, turning into joiners.
The offer bars show 3 offers still pending, and two of the declined offers give salary as the reason. HR raises the salary range on the open warehouse supervisor requisition and moves its job link to two new channels, since the average match score of 58 suggests many applicants lacked the required skills.

What is a hiring funnel?
A hiring funnel counts candidates at each stage of recruitment, from applied to interviewed, offered and hired. Comparing the stages shows where candidates drop out. In ZeniaHR the funnel sits in the Analytics tab of the Recruitment Hub, with rejections counted alongside.
What does the average match score tell me?
It is the average resume match score across applications. A low average usually means the job is reaching people without the required skills, so the channel or the requisition needs attention. A high average with few hires points instead at the interview or offer stages.
Does the HR dashboard show recruitment numbers?
Yes. The HR dashboard shows open requisitions and positions, the candidate pipeline, interviews in the next 7 days and the next joiners, next to attendance and approvals. The full funnel and status breakdowns are in the Analytics tab of the Recruitment Hub.
