Recruitment from requisition to joining

Hiring in many Indian companies still runs on forwarded resumes and a spreadsheet of candidates. ZeniaHR's Recruitment Hub replaces the spreadsheet. HR opens a requisition, shares its public careers link, and every application arrives with a resume match score and its breakdown. Candidates move from New to Screening, Interview, Offer and Joined, pick interview slots themselves and accept or decline offers online, and a selected candidate moves straight into onboarding.

Who uses it

How a hire moves through ZeniaHR

HR raises a requisition with the openings, salary range, skills and hiring manager, and publishes it. The public job page takes applications in four short steps, and each one lands in the pipeline under New with a match score against that requisition. HR screens with notes and shortlists for interview. Rounds are fixed by HR or booked by the candidate from a window of slots, and feedback ends in select, reject or hold.

A selected candidate gets an offer by email and answers on a secure page. Once they accept, HR moves them into temporary employment, and they complete KYC, bank details and documents through onboarding. HR approval creates the employee record, the card moves to Joined, and when joiners fill every opening the requisition closes by itself.

Hiring numbers without a spreadsheet

The Analytics tab shows the funnel from applied to interviewed, offered and hired, with rejections alongside, plus open requisitions, pending offers and the average match score. The HR dashboard adds interviews in the next seven days and upcoming joiners. Together they answer the questions a founder asks every Monday: how many roles are open, where candidates are stuck, and who joins next week. The HR metrics section explains the ratios worth tracking.

Frequently asked questions

Does ZeniaHR give us a careers page?

Yes. Every published requisition gets a public job page with the role, the required skills and the description, and an Apply button. HR copies the public job link and shares it on the company website, job portals, social media or WhatsApp. Candidates apply in four short steps and upload a resume.

How does the resume match score work?

ZeniaHR compares each resume with the requisition it was sent for and scores it from 0 to 100 using fixed weights: skills 40, relevant experience 25, role and project relevance 15, education 10, preferred skills 5 and other job requirements 5. The breakdown shows each part and anything not identified.

Can candidates choose their own interview time?

Yes. HR can send a self-scheduling link instead of fixing a time. The candidate sees the dates and free slots in the window HR set, picks one and confirms it. A slot taken by one candidate shows as booked for everyone else, so two people are never given the same time.

Is recruitment connected to onboarding?

Yes. A selected candidate can be moved into temporary employment with the branch, department, designation, joining date and salary from the offer. They complete KYC, bank details and documents through onboarding, and HR approval turns them into an employee and moves their card to Joined.
