Key responsibilities

  • Keep state-specific compliance current for each branch, including shops and establishments registration, professional tax and labour welfare fund.
  • Run induction for new joiners in the region, and make sure joining documents reach head office within the set time.
  • Handle grievances, misconduct cases and cash or fraud investigations together with the regional business and audit teams.
  • Track regional attrition by branch and role, and agree retention actions with area and branch managers.
  • Coordinate the appraisal cycle in the region, making sure branch managers set goals and submit ratings on time.
  • Manage exits in the region, including resignation acceptance, handover, cash and asset checks, and settlement inputs.
  • Organize regional engagement such as branch rewards, festival celebrations and regional town halls.
