The top strip shows eight counts for today: staff, in office, on break, late, absent, not in yet, on leave and punched out. Below it, live attendance lists the people behind each count, and separate cards show who is absent and who is on leave today. Waiting for approval shows six queues and the oldest leave requests. Built to stay up and stay in scope

The dashboard refreshes every 60 seconds, and each section loads on its own, so a slow recruitment query never blanks the attendance numbers. It respects the viewer's data scope from Access Control: an HR executive with branch scope sees only that branch's attendance, approvals and joiners. In a company that also runs manpower staffing, the HRMS Core dashboard counts only its directly employed staff, so the two groups never mix.

How the dashboard connects to the rest of ZeniaHR

Every card reads from the module that owns the work, so the dashboard keeps no numbers of its own. Attendance counts come from the same live board as attendance. Approval queues are the same requests managers see on My Team. Joiners come from employee records, onboarding and accepted offers, probation dates from the probation queue, and hiring numbers from the Recruitment Hub. Click through, act, and the dashboard reflects it within a minute.

Who can see the HR dashboard?

HR, the company head and Finance logins of an HRMS Core company see it as their dashboard. What each person sees follows their data scope in Access Control, so an HR executive with branch scope sees only that branch's attendance, approvals and joiners.

How often does the HR dashboard update?

Every 60 seconds while it is open, and the Refresh button updates it at once. Each section loads on its own, so if one part is slow or fails, the rest still shows. Break timers on the live attendance card keep ticking between refreshes.

Can we act on approvals from the dashboard?

The dashboard shows what is waiting and links to the page where the decision is made, such as Leave Applications, Attendance Regularization, Overtime, Shift Swaps or the probation queue. Decisions are made there, so the full request and its approval steps are in front of the person deciding.
