Company Wall and Employee Announcements Software

The company wall is one feed for the whole company, on the web and in the employee app. HR posts announcements, asks people to acknowledge them and sees who has not. Anyone allowed can share a general post or run a poll. Praise and celebration posts appear on the same feed. Every post can go to the whole company or to chosen branches or departments, so a notice for the Surat plant does not reach the Delhi office. HR and the Company Head moderate.

What goes on the wall

People write three kinds of posts: general posts, announcements and polls. ZeniaHR adds two more on its own: praise, when a colleague gives a badge, and celebrations, posted every morning for birthdays, work anniversaries, new joiners and confirmations. The feed shows pinned posts first and then the newest, and filters narrow it to one kind. Scheduled posts wait until their time, and posts given a last day drop off after it, so the wall stays current without daily cleaning.

How the wall connects to the rest of ZeniaHR

The wall reads from your org structure and feeds other screens. Audiences come from the same branches and departments HR maintains for holidays and access, so a correct org structure means posts reach exactly the right people without anyone building mailing lists.

Audiences use your branches and departments, so posts reach only the people they concern.
Each employee's self-service strip shows posts waiting for their acknowledgement.
Wishes for a birthday or anniversary appear as comments under that day's celebration post.
Notification rules can send email or WhatsApp copies of new posts and acknowledgement requests once live sending is on.
In the app, people read, react, comment, acknowledge, vote, report and write general posts; polls and announcements are written on the web.

Wall settings

Three settings shape how open the wall is. Who may post announcements can be HR and the Company Head only; HR, the Company Head and managers, which is the default; or everyone. General posts can be switched off if the company wants the wall for official notices only. Comments can be switched off company-wide. The same settings card holds the praise badge list and the company default for showing birthdays on the Celebrations page and the wall.

What is a company wall in HR software?

It is an internal feed where the company posts announcements and employees share updates, react and comment. In ZeniaHR the wall also carries polls, praise and daily celebration posts, and each post can be limited to chosen branches or departments. It works on the web and in the employee app.

Can I post an announcement for one branch only?

Yes. When writing the post, choose Branches under Who sees it and pick one or more branches, or choose Departments instead. Employees outside that audience do not see the post, while HR and the Company Head, as moderators, can see every post whatever its audience.

Can employees write their own posts on the wall?

Yes, if general posts are switched on in the wall settings, which they are by default. Employees can then write posts and create polls. Whether they can post announcements depends on the separate setting for who may post announcements, which by default allows HR, the Company Head and managers.

Is the company wall available in the mobile app?

Yes. In the employee app people can read the feed, react, comment, acknowledge announcements, vote in polls, report a post and write general posts. Announcements and polls themselves are written on the web, where the composer has the audience, scheduling and acknowledgement options.
